Aminol possesses excellent pH development and reserve alkalinity enabling the amine to be used as a tankside additive to raise pH. Due to the chemical structure of the amine, Aminol will not contribute to ammonia blush, which is common to many other amines.
Aminol, when used for tankside pH adjustment, is typically used at a rate of 1 to 2 gallons per 1,000 gallons of fluid.
